Because re-invention is the mother of invention, Cerulean is pleased to offer Cerulean your way. Now guests can choose how much they would like to pay, and we will custom tailor a vacation for them. Rates will range from the traditional full service, full luxury rate of $53,000 per week to the Cerulean Lite version of $28,000 per week, same beautiful villa now with scaled back service.

At the top end, Cerulean will continue to offer the traditional full price full service, luxury version, that we are known for. Enjoy the villa and all its facilities complete with staff of 14 and all the amenities of a five star hotel, including staff on premises 24 hours a day 7 days a week, nightly turndown service, complimentary guest laundry, fabulous gourmet meals, pool and beach service. This is the choice for those discerning clients, who want only the best.

For those who want less we now offer Cerulean Lite: All the facilities of the 13,000 square foot beachfront villa (tennis court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center) but with pared down service for only $28,000 per week. For 14 people that is only $285 per person per day. Staff will be available 7 days a week from 6 am until after dinner. This rate will include daily housekeeping, chef, butler/concierge and groundsman. Three meals a day will still be available, but breakfast will be a continental breakfast, lunch and dinner will be simpler, served buffet or family style. We will not provide guest laundry, night time turndown service, or extensive beach and pool service.

And for those who want something in between there is the A la Carte menu, where guests will be able to add back in services that they would like for an additional cost; including security, extra maids, butlers, kitchen staff.

PLEASE NOTE: WE STILL HAVE FEBRUARY AVAILABILITY INCLUDING PRESIDENT'S WEEK, and will continue our special PAY FOR 6 NIGHTS GET THE 7TH NIGHT FREE through February, on the full rate only. Rates do not include 10% government room tax and 10$ service charge.

Cerulean is a spectacular 7/8 bedroom beachbfront villa.

Relaxing decor is the order of the day at Cerulean. Living rooms and dining rooms that feel more outside than in are a perfect backdrop for your next holiday.

Up to 8 beautifully decorated bedrooms with European style marble baths and have exquisite views of the ocean and the property. Each bedroom is decorated with originality and splendor. All have private entrances, many with walk in closets and private entrances.

Relax at the pool or take a long leisurely walk on the beach. Cerulean is a perfect place for children of all ages

Dining is a pleasure at Cerulean and you can choose dining in for all meals with a 5 star chef services. Dine in the large and more elaborate dining room, or the staff is happy to set up a beach front dining extravaganza.

A staff of fourteen including your own gourmet chef, concierge, and a team of maids and butlers are waiting to answer your every need.

The grounds are beautiful ane extensive....enjoy a message in the relaxation garden. Your wish is our command at Cerulean.

One spa service at our own Seaflower spa for each guest during your stay is included.

Pool

the pool is 40 x 25 feet and freshwater, it has a 3000 sq foot pool terrace overlooking the beach at Barnes Bay.

During their stay, guests of Cerulean Villa enjoy extensive
complimentary amenities and activities including a private tennis court, freshwater oceanfront pool, Jacuzzi, tropical gardens, private gym, guest office, mountain bikes, kayaks, beach volleyball and snorkeling.

Also available are in-house spa services, in-house kids club, water sports, boating fitness instruction and much more.

All rates are subject to change without notice. All rates include exclusive use of the villa, its grounds and facilities, and full service of the staff. Rates do not include gratuities, refundable security deposit, food and liquor costs, extras such as massage, personal trainer, telephone, etc.
